Exchanges & Returns

    • Returns will be accepted 14 days from the date your items are delivered
    • Cancellations are accepted if your order has not been dispatched
    • To process returns or cancellations:
  1. Log in to your account to view all your orders and process returns or cancellations. Once you select the item to return, you will receive a shipping label from us. You can then go by the nearest center to drop off.
  2. You can also refer to the link in the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails you receive from us.
  • We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid
  • All items should retain labels and original packaging to be considered returned in good condition.
  • Refunds will be processed after items are received at our warehouse and checked for damage or usage
  • If items are found to be damaged or used, a refund will not be processed, but you will receive 50% of the non-refundable item(s) value as store credit 
Stock Availability:
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you prefer for us to process a refund.
