Exchanges & Returns

For Orders within the GCC Countries

(United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain)

Returns: Accepted within 14 days from the date your items are delivered.

Exchanges: Allowed only once within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds: After an approved return, the amount will be reimbursed as store credit which would be valid for 6 months.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To qualify, items must be:

In their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

Shipping fees paid during purchase will not be reimbursed.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Log in to your account and view your orders.

Select the item(s) for return or exchange and submit a request.

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 1-3 working days.

You can also access return links from your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.


RETURN PROCESS

Once the returned items reach our warehouse, they will undergo an inspection for damage or usage.

If approved, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Items found to be damaged or used will not qualify for store credit.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Our stock is updated regularly, but occasional discrepancies may occur.

If an item is unavailable:

We will fulfil the available items.

You will be notified about backordered items with the option to wait for restocking or receive store credit.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Returns or exchanges without original packaging, labels, or tags will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Retain your return receipt or proof of return from the courier for reference.


For International Orders

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for international orders.
