Exchanges & Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ITEMS ARE DELIVERED.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Refunds will cover the value of the returned goods but will not include any shipping fees paid during purchase.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • Log in to your account and view your orders.
  • Select the item(s) for return, exchange, or cancellation and complete the request.
  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged: The package will be picked up within 1-3 working days.
  • You can also refer to the links provided in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails for quick access.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Once the returned items are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected for damage or usage.
  • If the items pass inspection, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Items found to be damaged or used will not qualify for a refund.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

  • Our stock counts are regularly updated, but occasional discrepancies may occur.
  • If we cannot fulfill all items in your order, we will:
    • Fulfill the available items.
    • Notify you about the backordered items, offering you the choice to await restocking or receive a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Returns or exchanges without original packaging, labels, or tags will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Always retain the return receipt or proof of return from the courier for future reference.
