Whether it's promoting #MaskUp campaigns or urging people to get vaccinated — there's no denying the power of a celebrity voice. Since we're constantly trying to emulate their trendsetting style or latest hairdo, it's fairly certain that when our favourite celebs advocate things like going vegan or being sustainable, we're bound to get inspired.
Veganism is a way of living that rejects all forms of exploitation and cruelty to animals, not just food but also clothing, beauty, or any other purpose. Studies suggest that plant-based proteins are a lot healthier than their meat counterparts — not just for you but for our planet too. Going vegan has a lot more benefits for the environment than you'd think. Livestock farming is commonly associated with a large carbon, and water footprint, not to mention the horrors animals go through to obtain their meat. A plant-based vegan diet could prevent habitat loss and phenomenally reduce the stress on water and carbon emissions.
Fortunately, these celebrities have realised just how life-changing the experience of converting to veganism can be, and now you can follow suit too!

Joyous day," and she hasn't looked back ever since.
